Sandra Taylor Agency's Fee Option Plans
Clients who hire a domestic employee from the Sandra Taylor Agency are entitled to replacing said employee at no further charge, whether the employee resigns or is terminated. The length of coverage time the client chooses determines the agency fee.
Plan A: For a THREE MONTH coverage, the fee is equal to one months salary. [Least expensive]
Plan B: For a SIX MONTH coverage, the fee is equal to 10% of the annual salary. [Most Popular}
Plan C: For a NINE MONTH coverage, the fee is equal to 12% of the annual salary
Plan D: For ONE YEAR coverage, the fee is equal to 15% of the annual salary [Best coverage and best value]
Clients should understand that the period of coverage considered is not only to determine if the employer will be satisfied with the employee, but also for any possible contingency that may occur which would cause the employee to resign in the future for reasons not necessarily under his/her control.
